Exemplary Cleaning Services for Small Spaces offers special and customized pricing to groups of residents in the same complex who register for weekly or bi-weekly service. In addition, customers who start service through this program will receive a discount applied to their “first-time-in” service fee.

We service medical facilities, sport facilities, office buildings, sport bars, fitness  centers among others. Also, we proudly offer church custodial services to small and large churches. Our regular cleaning service includes emptying the trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the restroom and the break areas and cleaning any partition glass. When you request a price estimate for our services, we will send you a more detail listing of all the services that are included in our regular ongoing office cleaning services.
