How is the Exemplary Cleaning Standards different from regular cleaning?

 

Our Exemplary Cleaning Standards gives your home a “Deep-Detail-Clean”; within the first clean you will notice the difference. We clean as a standard cleaning what other companies charge extra.

Bathtub - Cleaning, scrubbing, steam and sanitizing

Is your maid service guaranteed?


ECS offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all its clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home until you are 100% satisfied.

 

What if I am not satisfied with the job provided?

 

Our goal is for that to never happen. But if it does, please telephone our office within the same day of your service and discuss it with us. We will be happy to re-clean any areas to your satisfaction. We stand behind our work 100%.

 

Do I need to be home when you clean?


You can be home if you like, but most customers prefer to give us a key that is secured in our office or you can leave the key in a safe place. However, this is not a very secure system and we do not encourage it. If we are unable to enter your home, you will incur a lockout fee. Alarm systems need to be off.

 

 

How do you protect my keys?


Your key is placed in a security box and the owner is the only person that has access. In addition, all keys are identified with only a number. On the day of your cleaning your key is issued to the team member and at the end of the day is returned to the security box.

 

Who is going to clean my home?


Our ECS team will be servicing your housecleaning needs. Our teams consist of two and three team members for your convenience and preference. In addition, our Quality Control Supervisor or owner will randomly stop by to ensure that Exemplary Cleaning Standards and special requests have been met. All employees of The ECS are trained, fully insured, and bonded before stepping into ECS’s uniforms. Our professional housecleaners will not eat, drink, smoke or operate any appliances while inside your home. Our residential housekeepers and commercial janitorial respect customers by never eating, drinking, smoking or using appliances during home cleanings. And each ECS employee takes pride in their work, receiving regularly updated training and supervision to ensure quality maid service.

 

Will the same team member always clean my home?


Our goal is to have the same team clean your home every time. However, circumstances like sickness, weather, holidays and accidents might cause a different team member to clean your home.

 

How long does it take to clean my home?


Our ECS Teams average 1.5 to 3 hours to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms home. However, time will vary depending on the condition and size of your home.

 

What do I have to do before the cleaning?


In order to provide you with a high quality service, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up personal clothing, toys and other household items. The fewer items the maid has to pick-up, the more we can concentrate in actual cleaning. If the customer provides the cleaning team with a clutter-free environment, if that environment does not exist, the team may not be able to fully complete your clean. If a superficies is cover in more or 50% we will not clean for timing and privacy reasons.

 

What if I want a special cleaner used on a special item?

 

You can leave the requested product out and we will be happy to use it as requested. Please call our office with your special requests and instruction before the date of your service so we can instruct our cleaning team properly.

 

What products will you use?

 

ECS use all American biodegradable products, this means once is on the air or mix with water the chemicals are not harmful at all. We are proud to say that ECS is an environmental friendly cleaning company.

 

What would your cleaning member not clean?


Our maids will not clean human or pet feces, vomit, urine or blood due to sanitary reasons.

 

How do I leave special instructions for my cleaning team?


Please contact our office at 713-575-0594, text us at 713-55-9747, or e-mail us your special instructions (contactus@ECScleaningHouston.com). Also please update our office with any changes in your contact phone numbers, occupants, pets, alarm codes, etc.

 

 

What do I have to do with my pets the day of the cleaning?


ECS have no problem cleaning with pets inside your home. However, you need to keep your pets in a safe place due to safety reasons.

 

ECS is PET FRIENDLY people. It is our priority to safeguard and keep them in designated areas. However, if you have a LARGE, AGGRESSIVE or BARKING dog, we ask that you please separate the dog from the house keeper while cleaning. Pet owner is entirely responsible for any medical payment or judgment incurred.

 

What should I do to prepare for a Move In/Move Out cleaning?


We understand moving can be a hassle and overwhelming. Please make sure your water and electricity are turned on the day of the cleaning. In addition, the home needs to be completely vacant. Anything left behind will be considered trash and remove from the property (excluding large items and furniture).

 

What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday?


If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

 

Do I need to sign a contract?


No, you do not need to sign a contract. However, we do encourage you to request weekly, biweekly or monthly service to get lower prices. You can call us, stop at our office or simply e-mail.

 

What happens if I requested regular scheduled visits and stop?


You need at least 3 continuous cleanings to qualify for discounted prices. If you stop before your third cleaning, you will be subject to pay a full charge and not enjoy of our regular customers coupons.

 

Will it cost the same each time you come to my house?

 

Exemplary Cleaning Standards are always charge the same, although when is a first time cleaning ECS may add extra fee, depending on the time expended to leave your house shine and disinfected.

 

How much should I leave for gratuity?

 

Gratuity is not mandatory, but if you are satisfied your maids would love to know that their hard work is appreciated. Tips are welcome, and they go 100% to the team who cleaned your home.
